If for any reason you would like to return an item you have purchased from us you can do so by following the steps below.
RETURNS / EXCHANGE
If you have purchsaed an item and have changed your mind or need to exchange for a different size / colour etc please let us know via email within 7 days of receiving your item(s) .
Please include your order number (this can be found on your order confirmation email) and also include details of why you are returning your item and if you want to exchange for a different size / colour please include this in your email to us.
When returning an item we would recommend you use a recorded service for items valued over £14 and use a special delivery service for items valued over £35 this will insure your items should it be lost in the post.
We also ask that any items being returned have been unworn and are returned in a saleable condition. We will refuse a refund / exchange on soiled garments.
CUSTOM / PERSONALISED ITEMS
We cannot accept returns for custom made items. This is because the item has been made specific to your requirements and we would not be able to re-sell these.
There are certain circumstances in which we would accept returns for custom made items. These are as follows:
If you receive your item and find a fault with it, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving it to arrange to return it to us.
To avoid any mistake being made on your part please make sure to check that all spelling is correct and that you check the size charts to be sure that the size you order will fit. Check your order confirmation email immediately after ordering to be sure that the item ordered is correct in size and that no spelling mistakes have occured.
If you find that you have made an error when ordering please let us know immediately so that we can fix the details on your order before the item is made.
When contacting us please include the order number and your name so that your order is easy to find.
